Shipping
Shipments within the United States:
$5.50 unless over 4lbs • 3-4 business days after ship date.
All items are shipped Priority Mail via USPS with delivery conformation
unless indicated otherwise.
Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours. You will
be e-mailed with an approximate delivery date and the delivery conformation
number on your package. If items are not in stock you will be e-mailed
with the approximate shipping date for your items.
Shipments to the United Kingdom:
$13.95 unless over 4lbs • 6-10 business days after ship date.
Orders are sent Priority Mail International. Shipments to the United Kingdom
are handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS) on the US side
and by Royal Mail on the United Kingdom side. Customers are responsible
for any duty or VAT fees payable to the Royal Mail upon receipt of the
shipment. Check with the Royal Mail for current rates.
Note: Shell products will not be shipped to the UK.
Shipments to the Canada:
$13.00 unless over 4lbs • 6-10 business days after ship date
Orders are sent Priority Mail International. Shipments to the Canada are
handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS) on the US side and
by Canada Post on the Canadian side. Customers are responsible for any
duty or import fees.
Note: Shell products will not be shipped to the Canada.
Shipments to Denmark:
$13.95 unless over 4lbs • 6-10 business days after ship date.
Orders are sent Priority Mail International. Shipments to the Denmark
are handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS) on the US side
and deliverd to its finial destination by Post Danmark. Customers are
responsible for any duty or import fees that may apply upon receipt of
the shipment. Check with your local post office to find out if there are
applical fees and their current rates. Please include your local
phone number during check out for the customs forms.
Note: Shell products will not be shipped to the Denmark.
If you would like an order shipped to a country not listed
above, please contact me through e-mail with
your request. I will check into the restrictions and prohibitions for
requested countries and get back to you with my findings and shipping
costs if shipping is possible.
Return
Policy
Returns of stock items are accepted for exchange or store
credit (less original shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt of product.
Customer pays return shipping and the shipping fee for the replacement
item.
Returns are not accepted on custom items as they are designed
and made especially for you.
For returns and exchanges please e-mail ash@unicornsgarden.com
with your intent to return your purchase and reason for returning it,
pack the item securely (original packing materials are fine) and return
it to the address on the original box with invoice.
You will receive an e-mail conformation once your intent
to return or exchange your item as well as once your return/exchange has
been received. Once your return has been received your purchase price
will be refunded through PayPal. Unicorn's Garden is not responsible for
returned items lost in shipping to us.
For exchanges please allow 3-4 weeks for your replacement
item to ship. You will receive an e-mail with an approximate date for
shipping your replacement item after your returned item is received. |
