Cougar Claws
Necklace
Hand cut totem animals.
The design for this Cougar Claws necklace came about by accident.
I was working on a design of claws and gemstones for a different
necklace and when I laid out the claws for cutting with the least
amount of scrap they created this magnificent Cougar Claws design
that is reminiscent of a yin yang. I couldn't resist putting this
pierced Cougar Claws necklace
design into production.
Cougar is also known as Mountain Lion, Puma, and Panther. They
portray characteristics of leadership, courage, foresight, and leadership.
They are very powerful hunters that study the movements of their
prey and when the moment is right they gracefully pounce, wasting
no movement.

This Cougar Claws is approximately 1-3/8" in diameter and
hangs from a 30" adjustable black leather cord.
Each Cougar Claws pendant is individually hand
cut, please allow for variation in individual pieces.
After being cut and polished
these pendants are coated in bees wax to protect their finish. As
they age they will gain a natural patina that is individual to the
piece and how it is worn.
Cleaning: Pendants can be cleaned with a soft polishing cloth.
If needed the leather cord can be removed and the pendants washed
with a mild non-abrasive soap and water.
