The Greyhound Totem.
This adorable Greyhound Head pendant is individually hand cut from
your choice of sterling silver, red brass, yellow brass, nickel,
or copper. Each Greyhound Head pendant hangs from an adjustable
30" cord. You have a choice of 2 sizes, the large Greyhound
Head pendant comes on a black leather cord and the small Greyhound
Head pendant comes on a black cotton cord.
The Greyhound is the second fastest accelerating land mammal surpassed
only by the cheetah. The Celts revered Greyhounds for their speed,
skill, grace in the hunt, and loyalty. In medieval heraldry the
Greyhound is said to denote majesty, courage, vigilance, swiftness
and loyalty, and they were emblematic of nobility.

Each Greyhound Head pendant is individually hand
cut, please allow for variation in individual pieces.
After being cut and polished the copper, nickel, and brass pendants
are coated in bees wax to protect their finish. As they age they
will gain a natural patina that is individual to the piece and how
it is worn.
Cleaning: Pendants can be cleaned with a soft
polishing cloth. If needed the leather cord can be removed and the
pendants washed with a mild non-abrasive soap and water.
